Product Descriptions
Fabrication and installation of modular steel structures, pipe racks, skids, platforms, shelters and access structures for oil, gas and power projects.
Structural module work, modular steel structures, pipe racks, skids, platforms, shelters, access structures, designed and fabricated to AISC / EN 1090 with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified quality and HSE systems, qualified welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and full QA/QC documentation.
| Structural Module Work – Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection Contractor for Oil & Gas and Industrial Facilities Structural Module Work encompasses the design-to-erection delivery of modular steel structures, pipe racks, process platforms, equipment skids, and associated structural assemblies for oil and gas, petrochemical, power, and heavy industrial facilities. As an experienced structural fabrication and erection contractor, we provide fully integrated structural module packages from material procurement and shop fabrication through field erection, alignment, and final inspection. Our structural module packages cover a broad range of steel structure types including multi-tier pipe racks for process piping and cable tray support, equipment support structures and plinths, module skid frames for process and utility skid packages, access platforms and walkways, shelter and building structural frames, mezzanine floors, and modular assemblies that are pre-fabricated and transported to site for rapid field installation. Shop fabrication is carried out in controlled workshop environments using certified welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and qualified welders to ensure structural integrity and dimensional accuracy. Structural sections including H-beams, channels, angles, hollow sections, and custom profiles are cut, drilled, assembled, and welded to fabrication drawings. Surface preparation and protective coating are applied to specified paint systems or hot-dip galvanising as required by service environment and client specification. Field erection encompasses crane lifts, structural alignment, bolted connections, field welding where required, grouting of base plates, and final dimensional survey. Our erection teams are experienced in working within operating plant environments, coordinating lifts with operations and safety teams, and executing work under Permit-to-Work systems. Key applications include onshore oil and gas processing facilities, refineries, gas plants, power stations, water treatment plants, marine jetties, and general heavy industrial complexes. Pre-fabricated modular assembly significantly reduces site construction time and improves quality control compared to conventional piece-by-piece field erection. All structural works are executed in compliance with AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) and EN 1090 (Execution of Steel Structures) standards as applicable. Quality management is maintained under ISO 9001 certification, HSE systems aligned to ISO 45001, and all welding qualified and documented to WPS/PQR requirements. Our customized structural solutions are engineered for high performance, durability, and efficient field installation across demanding GCC and regional industrial project environments. |
