Features:
A check valve is built in the universal nozzle. When the coolant pump is stopped, the "dripping" of the coolant liquid from the nozzle stops immediately, so it is possible to shorten the work detachment time.
Even if the nozzle is clogged with chips or the like, it can be disassembled and cleaned from the nozzle side.
The direction of the nozzle moves freely by 80 degrees in all directions by hand.
Since the coolant liquid does not splash, a clean working environment can be maintained.
It is especially suitable for coolant nozzle for ceiling shower of machining center.
There is also a branch nozzle type that makes it possible to lengthen the tip of the nozzle and accurately inject the coolant liquid to the work cutting position.
