To dose and mix chocolate masses, creams, compounds and similar products composed of raw materials, in powder or liquid form, with very varied particle size distributions. Particularly suitable for masses designed for two-stage refining with the addition of crystal sugar.
Compact design machine, with special tetra-helical coaxial arms fixed to a single shaft agitator which allows to reduce energy consumption and mixing time.
