【INTENDED USE】
This kit is suitable for the quantitative detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum DNA in samples of genitourinary tract secretions, etc., the detection range of which covers an area of 14 types of standard serum. This kit is suitable to assist in the diagnosis of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection and to monitor the therapeutic effectiveness of drug treatment in infected patients. The result is for information purposes only, should not be a basis of making a final diagnosis or for discarding cases.
【PRINCIPLE】
This kit includes a pair of UU specific primers, one single-strand UU specific fluorescence probe, PCR reaction solution, thermostable DNA polymerase (Taq DNA polymerase), four nucleotide monomers (deoxynucleoside triphosphates, dNTPs). The UU DNA is to be detected by in vitro PCR amplification.
