MIXER VERTICAL
This mixing machine has been studied and designed specifically for the production of soda crackers, creacker cream, doughs fermented in two stages and delicate dough.
With this kneading machine you are obtained products with excellent quality and high hourly production capacity results.
Main technical features:
The dough is carried out in tanks on wheels, engaged and locked with the machine in working position, by means of two hydraulic cylinders controlled by a suitable control unit;
The different arms installed mixers allow to obtain a complete and rapid dispersion of all the ingredients;
The combined gear assembly slides vertically on guides and is provided with adjustable bronze shoes;
the machine frame constructed of sheet steel and steel sections to the thick carbon for heavy service;
central lubrication system, manually operated;
of rundown tank closure lid, to mechanical handling, to prevent the leakage of the dust and of the mixture;
The safety of the machine operators has been the primary objective that we set during design; the vertical mixer is equipped with various safety systems ensuring the safety of employees;
The control panel is installed on the electric cabinet, installed close to the machine, may be with or at the request buttons with touch screen terminal and PLC;
