Sack Tip Station 500-800-900-1200: Thie vibratory bowl feeder is used for sack tipping and feeding vibrating sieving machines. It is designed to provide safe handling for all types of sacks and boxes and controlling and reducing dust
emissions. Typically used for safety screening for separating food products to avoid contamination from raw materials delivered in bags. It can be used with the vibrating screen series VPM or VP2, mechanical transport of the products and pneumatic transport of the products. It features:
Capacity 3 tonnes/hour;
All contact parts in SS 304L;
Inlet 755 mm with removable stainless steel grid;
200 mm dust extraction with food plastic cover;
booth that opens at the front (no door or curtains);
155 mm round bottom outlet;
2.49 mm mesh sieve screen, silicon food gaskets;
Top outlet with plugs.
