Product Descriptions
The installation is intended for manufacturing hollow plastic vials with volumes from 0.02 to 0.1 liters.
Feedstock - polyethylene, polypropylene.
The machine performs the following operations:
- heating the granular raw material and forming therefrom by a tubular extrusion billet;
- blowing the preform to the size of the product, followed by cooling inside the mold;
- the separation of the finished product and the fin and separate their issuance.
The machine is equipped with electronic control panel with controller and pneumatic equipment from leading manufacturers.
