| Water, CO₂, and Chemical Injection Manifold Packages – Fabricator and Supplier of Injection Manifold Systems for Enhanced Oil Recovery and Production Chemical Applications Water, CO₂, and Chemical Injection Manifold Packages deliver purpose-engineered, skid-mounted manifold assemblies for reservoir pressure maintenance, enhanced oil recovery (EOR), and production chemical injection applications across upstream oil and gas production facilities. As a specialist fabricator and supplier, we provide complete injection manifold packages designed and built to handle the specific pressure ratings, flow conditions, and fluid compatibility requirements of each injection service. Our injection manifold packages are configured for three primary service categories. Water injection manifolds distribute treated or raw injection water from high-pressure injection pumps to individual well injection valves, providing isolation, flow control, and monitoring capability at each injection point. CO₂ injection manifolds handle supercritical or dense-phase CO₂ distribution to multiple injection wells for miscible flood EOR applications, with particular attention to material selection for CO₂ service and sealing requirements to prevent fugitive emissions. Chemical injection manifolds distribute production chemicals including scale inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor, demulsifier, biocide, hydrate inhibitor, and H₂S scavenger from chemical injection pump skids to individual injection points at wellhead or flowline locations. Chemical injection manifolds incorporate metering valves, check valves, and injection quills designed for the precise volumetric dosing rates required for production chemistry optimisation. All manifold packages are fabricated on structural carbon steel skid frames with piping in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, or high-alloy materials selected by the process engineer to match service fluid compatibility, operating pressure, and temperature conditions. Valves, fittings, and pressure instrumentation are specified and installed to ASME B31.3 piping code and applicable API valve standards. Hydrostatic pressure testing of all completed manifold assemblies is conducted at specified test pressures prior to delivery. NDT of pressure-containing welds, dimensional inspection, valve function testing, and assembly documentation are completed as part of the package quality programme. Applications include water injection distribution stations, chemical injection satellite units, gas lift manifolds, CO₂ EOR injection facilities, and combined utility manifold packages at onshore and offshore oil and gas production facilities across the GCC region. All works comply with ASME B31.3, ISO 9001 quality management, and project-specific QA/QC and HSE procedures.
