Water injection pumps are used for disposing of salt water /effluent which comes out along with crude oil during its extraction. This excess water is pumped back to the ground in non performing well for the secondary recovery of crude oil.
Goma offers turnkey project High Pressure Effluent / Water Injection System at ETP plants in the oil fields. The System comprises of a High-pressure Horizontal, Triplex / Quintuplex Single Acting Reciprocating Plunger Pump driven by electric motor OR Diesel / Gas engine, suction & Discharge piping as per specific requirement, suction pump (Centrifugal Booster), control valves, pulsation dampeners, oil field skid as per our standard design to meet following flow rate and discharge pressure.

These Units are devised for 24X7 continuous duty & for rough outdoor application. The pumps and complete unitization of the pump package is as per API-674 and Hydraulic Institute standard. These packages are easy to maintain, accessible to the different components in the system. Moreover the efficiency & accuracy is elevated, by taking into consideration various parameters. As part of API 674, acoustical simulation studies can be carried out for the water injection pumps & systems.
There is variety of materials (i.e. SS 304, 316, duplex & super duplex stainless steel) available for the water injection pumps specially the fluid end depending on properties of liquid.
