• It is an automatic line suitable for the packing of several products with wrap-around cases or trays with walls.
• Machine frame made of bent, electro-welded and painted steel sections with adjustable feet.
• Cardboard blanks magazine, inclined and with 500 mm capacity, completely adjustable by hand wheel.
• Cardboard pick-up by vacuum suckers, fed by venturi meter and pneumatic cylinder, and contemporaneous “U” shaped folding.
• Transport conveyor of plastic material, suitable to receive cylindrical and square products on one lane.
• Double pneumatic cylinder for the pack collation.
• Once formed, the pack is transferred by a mechanical arm to the machine center inside the folded cardboard, with a different speed driven by inverter.
• Hot-melt system with 5 spray guns, complete of electronic regulator of the glue basin temperature.
• Each gun carries out a double spray of glue on the case pads.
• The height and the width of the side guns is adjusted contemporarily to the case closing guides.
• The machine works step-by-step by a mechanical intermitter.
• Plates driven pneumatically provide the complete case closure.
• The whole machine cycle is controlled by an encoder connected to a cams variator, in which the various working phases are set.
• The electric panel located on the machine applied to CEI standards and  has mechanical protection IP 54.
