1、Introduction to XYD-3 Crawler Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig

XYD-3 crawler hydraulic core drilling rig is a multifunctional hydraulic vehicle-mounted vertical axis rotary drilling rig, mainly used in geological survey and exploration, road and high-rise building foundation exploration, as well as various concrete structure inspection holes, river embankments, roadbed grouting hole drilling and direct grouting, civil water wells, etc.

2、Features of XYD-3 Crawler Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig

2.1 The drilling rig adopts automobile gearbox assembly and Yunnei automobile power train, which has multiple speed levels and reasonable speed regulation range, large torque, strong carrying capacity, can realize long-distance control and speed change, and the operation is centralized and convenient.

2.2 It adopts crawler chassis and the outrigger cylinder stroke of 1.5m, which can be automatically loaded onto the truck, making relocation and transportation convenient.

2.3 Equipped with hydraulic feeding mechanism to improve drilling efficiency.

2.4 Equipped with a bottom hole pressure gauge to indicate the pressure, making it easy to understand the situation inside the hole.

2.5 It has a normally closed hydraulic chuck, which is convenient and flexible to operate.

2.6 It can realize the operation of vertical shaft and winch.

2.7 The vertical shaft through hole has a large diameter and can be replaced with a large hexagonal active drill rod.
