Air Shower Room for Cleanroom Entry Control
An air shower room is a key purification and isolation device installed between clean areas and non-clean areas. Its core value lies in two functions: air blow-off dust removal and airlock isolation.
Before personnel or materials enter the cleanroom, high-velocity HEPA-filtered air removes dust, fibers, and microorganisms from clothing, hair, and packaging surfaces. At the same time, the interlocked door system prevents direct airflow exchange between clean and non-clean areas, helping maintain cleanroom pressure stability and contamination control.

3. Working Process
When personnel or materials enter the air shower, the first door closes and the second door remains locked. The system then starts the air blow-off cycle. High-speed clean air is supplied through multiple nozzles to remove particles from the surface of personnel or materials. After the preset blow-off time is completed, the exit door unlocks and allows entry into the clean area.
This process helps reduce particle carry-in, maintain the cleanroom pressure cascade, and prevent contaminated air from entering the controlled area directly.
