The 3M 450 and 440 overboots are designed to help protect the wearer's footwear from non-hazardous liquid splashes and dusts and may also help reduce contamination of the working environment.
 
 The base of the 3M 440 Overboot is made from the same laminated fabric as the top of the boot.
 The 3M 450 overboots features a PVC sole which is designed to reduce the risk of slipping during wear.
 
 Made from PE laminate material
   Elastic at the calf
   Universal size with ties to help provide a good fit
   Made of the same laminated material as the Type 5/6 coveralls (3M 4535)
   Reduced slip sole (only for 3M 450)
