The Structure
•APU-type oil immersed current transformer is slight positive pressure structure with full sealing,primary winding is "U"shape structure and main insulationg is capacitance oil paper insulation of electrical capacity with some capacitance screen,inner screen connects with high potential and outer screen connects with earth.main insulation can be wraped on the insulated primary winding,and fixed in the bottom of tank together with supports.
♦The insulator connects to the top of the oil tank, head connects to the top of insulator.and the primary terminals can achieve seriesor parallel interchange on the head.
♦Oil compensation system is made of stainless steel bellow to avoid contact of transformer oil and air,which can ensures quality of oil.indicator of oil level is on the cover of bellow.
♦Secondary connection terminals of anti-rotating are used and secondary terminal box is casted from aluminum alloy, with the features of dustproof,waterproof,delicate,practical and good appearance
Main technical advantages
♦Secondary winding is in the bottom of tank, product has a low gravity center and good resistance to shock. ♦Main insulation is the oil —paper insulation structure with capacitance screen so the begriming voltage which voltage which will create partial discharge is high and the product has a good resistance to switching impulse voltage. ♦Insulation can be wrapped mechanically to achieve high technical stability and good insulation stability. ♦Mu!Mayer limited sealing with non-exposed sealing structure to raise ageing resistance of sealing washer and extend product life. ♦Kerosene vacuum drying technical with vapor phase heating is used to shorten drying period, to achieve complete dry, low dielectric loss and good insulation and thermal steady performance. ♦Decrement anti-corrosion technique is used in the metal pants, example for tank and head, all the external fasteners are stainless steel standard pants, those make products no corrosion, and have a good anti-corrosion performance. ♦Full-automatic vacuum filing oil system with function of auto detecting leaking rate makes sure products sealing.
