- Product Description: Cocoa butter is a natural fat extracted from cocoa beans, essential in chocolate manufacturing for its smooth texture and rich mouthfeel. It is obtained by pressing roasted cocoa nibs, separating the butter from cocoa solids. Available in natural or deodorized forms, cocoa butter enhances the stability and quality of chocolate products while also being used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
