Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel, the dosing feeder has the function of transporting and conveying the curd, which has previously been cut, to the cooker-stretcher, giving a more regular feed and consequently more constant processing in the next stage of the cooking-stretching process.
The walls in contact with the product are entirely teflon-coated in order to be non-stick.
The machine is equipped by a motorization with Inverter
