FARHAT has installed such Hi temperature baking tunnel ovens in : Canada, Argentina, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon and many other countries.
The Multi-Burner Ribbon direct fired high temperature bread Baking Tunnel oven is supplied with a proven Zero Gas Pressure burner system combined with PLC controlled ignition and self checking spark and flame monitor burner safety system to each individual burner, conforming with world-wide safety regulations.
These ribbon burners are reputed for their robust construction and longevity & are suspended from their dedicated burner support providing full support during extraction / insertion allowing rapid, repeatable re-location and providing free space between burner and product.
• Baking chamber length can be manufactured according to bread type and production capacity from 3 to 25m
• High temperature direct fired tunnel oven capable of baking up to 900° F or 500° C.
• Interior and exterior side panels are made from 14 gauge coat steel
• Exterior of the oven is lined with stainless steel decorative panels and trim.
• Oven equipped with 3 and 5cm thick insulation of ceramic fiber and rock-wool on top, on sides and on bottom.
• Main exterior profiles of the oven are made from thick plate
• Interior and exterior of the oven to be lined with stainless steel decorative panels and trim.
• Direct fired, cast iron ribbon burner system.
• Separate heat zones: individual top and bottom complete with individual temperature controls.
• Modulating type control.
• Each zone has three lateral heat adjustment burners.
• Gas train to include main gas shutoff valves with manual reset and zero pressure regulators.
• All necessary gauges, pressure safety switches, combustion blowers. Gas train to be designed to meet either the American & Canadian requirements or CE normes.
