Process Description :
The car wash water having passed the sludge trap and oil separator is taken from the waste water storage basin and pumped through a maintenance free hydro cyclone separating solid particles down to a size of 20μm
In the bio reactor microbes decompose organic substances such as oil and grease.
Following this two stage cleaning process the water is carries over to the recycled water buffer tank passing a safety filter is ready to be returned to the car wash system through the car wash high pressure
