Product Descriptions
Heavy duty installation for gluing big size panels with automatic handling system. The line starts with an automatic panel feeder equipped with suction caps. Once the panel lays on the conveyor, it will be transfered to the brushing station to remove dust particles. The IR preheating zone heats both surfaces before gluing and the doublesided glue spreader spreads the glue. The glued panel will be overlayed afterwards on top and bottom with thinner panels to build a sandwich, which will be pressed in the pressing calander placed at the outfeed.
