TECNO 3 has created a brand new refining concept for the production of fat-based creams used alone (spreads), for fillings, toppings, semi-finished products, etc. The P10S-CR system, consisting of three grinding units in series, is specially designed to refine the product continuously in a single step and represents a significant breakthrough in terms of simplifying the process, saving space and energy. The TECNO 3 P10S-CR series refining system is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. All recipe parameters, referred to the various work groups that make up the system, can be set on the touch-screen control panel and managed by a PLC.
