Product Descriptions

PET bottles recycling & washing lie is used o treat PET bottles into high grade PET flakes. The higher purity of the recycling flakes, the higher added value, therefore it requires better treating technology. YILI research and develop the automatic washing & recycling production line with variety of design technology and modular construction, according to the regional situation of raw material , differences between production areas, products quality requirements and investment budget, applicable to bottle to bottle grade and fiber (PSF) grade production available capacity 500 kg/h up to 5000kg/h.

1. PET flakes produced by filament grade PET bottle washing line are mainly used for producing 2-D or 3-DPSF, polyester filament yarn, straps, sheet, and film, etc.

2. "B to B" level PET bottle washing line is primarily as a first part of food grade PET bottle recycling project. Its high automation will maximally avoid human caused errors.

3. Fiber Grade washing equipments match the market demand, the flakes after this processing can be used to manufacture short PSF directly.

4. High automation, Less man power, low energy consumption, high output

5. Provide whole solution for by-products during production, for example: variegated bottles, non-PET material, sewage water, labels, caps, metal and etc

6. Fully remove the impurities, such as glue, organic and inorganic residue
