- Parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel AISI 316.
- Dome top with large manway, air vent, connections for CIP spray balls.
- Dimpled jacket for water, steam or glycol circulation at 4 bar max pressure.
- Mineral wool insulation, 50 mm thick, with stainless steel AISI 3004 outer jacket.
- Three product connections on top.
- Anchor agitator with scraper blades, 25-35 rpm; fixed baffles.
- Scraper blades made of PVDF plastic.

Model PC:

- Capacity range from 100 to 4000 liters.
- 15 and 35 degree cone bottom.

- Cup style agitator on bottom, 1450 rpm, powered with right angle motor drive.
- Capacity: 300, 600, 1000, 1200 liters.
- 15 degree cone bottom.
